Terms of stay
These terms govern all bookings made with Enzi Comfort Homes ("Enzi", "we"). By completing a booking you accept them on behalf of all guests in your party.
Check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out by 10:00 AM unless otherwise agreed in writing. Smart-lock codes are personal to the lead guest and active only for the booked stay window.
The maximum occupancy stated on each listing is binding. Additional overnight guests require prior written approval.
Cancellation & refunds
Free cancellation up to 72 hours before check-in for a full refund to the original payment method (M-Pesa refunds within 24h, cards within 5–10 business days).
Cancellations within 72 hours of check-in are refunded at 50% of the booking total, excluding cleaning fees.
No-shows and early departures are non-refundable. Stay extensions are subject to availability and current rates.
House rules
No smoking indoors. No parties or events. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM.
Pets are not permitted unless the listing states otherwise.
Guests are liable for damage beyond normal wear and tear; an itemised statement with photographic evidence will be shared before any charge.
Privacy & data protection
We process personal data in line with the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019. Payment details are tokenised by our payment providers and never stored on our servers.
Phone numbers and identity documents are encrypted at rest (AES-256) and used solely for booking fulfilment, security and statutory record-keeping.
